Being indian firm you can sense the loose behaviour of employees across teams. You need to keep chasing for small things and thats not a good experience. Culture needs to change

I feel very much secured in Max life and really like the work culture. Max life provide us each and every help and also each training for any queries and objections. I noticed in max life that if you give 100% to our job then company will give you more then double. M really proud to be a part of Max life.

...st for few small work i have to call each nad everyone and it will take a month. Salary is decent but not satisfied.

Second Saturday and Sunday, third Saturday and Sundays are off. No other perks.

... from you. More than 5 persons already left the office with their toxic culture. Don't trust their words during interview they will give a package which is lesser than your current ctc and will give excuses as you will earn promotions in a fast track mode. nothing doing you will not meet their unrealistic targets. Hope my review will help future comers. thank you.

The thing is like about max life insurance is salary credit is on time and 2nd and 3rd Saturday is also weekoff.

...they expect high level quality work from employees. Worst management and system. Field work also involved in the low salary. 2 field visit per day.
