The thing is like about max life insurance is salary credit is on time and 2nd and 3rd Saturday is also weekoff.

...they expect high level quality work from employees. Worst management and system. Field work also involved in the low salary. 2 field visit per day.

Lack of training, harrasment candidate for work , lack of field help , managers are not supportive they just bark but don't motivate agency manager at every hour . Mentally torture the candidate for work and pressurized day night equally, call anytime without thinking it's an off or weak day holiday. Never think about personal life also the manager are shameless because they trespass their manager homes without intimation and do misbehave with everyone in office. The management is not good so do not join max life

Pay and perk is good. Promotion opportunities are really good.

No support from Seniors. No discipline, only they need result even if you are new. They will start poking you and also not ready to support you.

Itnis a good company to work but there is too much politics due to which I had quit the job in this precious time of corona

Salary hike is not there, you have to please your senior's for correcting your salary. I joined max in 2012 at a salry of 2.88 and after 8 years my slaary was 3.88.see the inequality for the employee.

Quality of training is very good, job security is good, career growth is very slow, salary as per the industry, appraisal is very low, work environment is good.

Growth is very slow. Working hours is very heigh 12-14 hours
