Compensation is decent and fast growing, no any work pressure. I have to work 15 to 18 hours straight in a day I have attended claint calls and manage all operation and admin work.

Here work pressure is very high. Sometimes you have to stretch your working hours. I do receive appreciation from managers and sales team. But they go unnoticed during year appreciations.

To be very honest . Leaders are not at all good. They don’t treat people with respect. Just Bogus Company I ever worked with.

Everything. Full of Politics. Managers and leaders are not at all good.. Doesn’t provide Exact salary. And the KRA’s don’t match what they said during Interview.

Once you are not favourite for your manager you have to leave the company. No employee want to change the job real truth is employee change their manager.

The only thing is that I am appointed as a CSO in new channel where I need one more in my channel for the support and cooperation, so that I feel it as little bit hectic. On the other side feeling good to be a part of maxlife.
