Whenever I call HR they don't pick up calls and reply to written messages on WhatsApp call again asking for sales targets to get my leaves approved. They won't let you be in the field for sales and make you sit in the office all day and ask you to call your clients and invite them to the office rather than going to their offices or residence, this leads to pathetic sales performance as this inevitable when you are in the office all day making plans for sales and not doing actual sales. I don't think senior management makes such rules and even if they do execution is really unimaginable. You have no one to discuss the issues. I hope max takes care of such issues because my many batch mates have left and many more are planning to leave the organization. After we leave a message will go to management that "we were not good salespeople and left", no one will talk about people leading us to this situation.

To be very honest . Leaders are not at all good. They don’t treat people with respect. Just Bogus Company I ever worked with.

Everything. Full of Politics. Managers and leaders are not at all good.. Doesn’t provide Exact salary. And the KRA’s don’t match what they said during Interview.

Once you are not favourite for your manager you have to leave the company. No employee want to change the job real truth is employee change their manager.

Compensation is decent and fast growing, no any work pressure. I have to work 15 to 18 hours straight in a day I have attended claint calls and manage all operation and admin work.
