Once you are not favourite for your manager you have to leave the company. No employee want to change the job real truth is employee change their manager.

Compensation is decent and fast growing, no any work pressure. I have to work 15 to 18 hours straight in a day I have attended claint calls and manage all operation and admin work.

...little bit time to get settle and do best for the company as well as for career. Apart from this salary is good and learning environment is also is good.

The only thing is that I am appointed as a CSO in new channel where I need one more in my channel for the support and cooperation, so that I feel it as little bit hectic. On the other side feeling good to be a part of maxlife.
