My teammates of banca channel that includes training team,operation team ,sales team all were cooperative,i got a very comfortable environment over there and want to work in furure as well.. company give opportunities to earn good amount of money and even tours by arranging contest..

They dont concern about backend team,company is more concerned about sales team and they dont even pay attention on salary hikes thats backend team deserves..

To be very honest . Leaders are not at all good. They don’t treat people with respect. Just Bogus Company I ever worked with.

Everything. Full of Politics. Managers and leaders are not at all good.. Doesn’t provide Exact salary. And the KRA’s don’t match what they said during Interview.

Once you are not favourite for your manager you have to leave the company. No employee want to change the job real truth is employee change their manager.

It was very nice expierence to work with Max,very good teammates, nice growth appraisal excellent good salary Yes there is politics ay higher level high mode learning as per industry standards. It was turning point of my life.

Its a good company to work with and a good pay master but unfortunately hardly give time for family.

They dont give time for family. Although they keep saying good things to devote time with family but they dont let you spend time. Worked even 7 days a week till 2:30 A.M
