...other competitors. Also the Incentives/Variables are excellent and good enough. Except the basic Salary Package. But the Management Working in Nagpur Branch is Unorganized and Chaotic. Steps to succeed any Agency channel are Simple, Bring Agents, Train them, make them Understand the work and then Business comes in Automatically when ur agent is Upto the mark. But here it's totally Chaotic. Wish i could explain in few words what a sorry state of working environment is in Nagpur Branch.

1. The basic Salary package they provide is much LOWER than the competitors. 2. What i Disliked most is the Working Environment. Specifically Of Our Branch. (Nagpur 1 - Under Office Head MANISH NATH , and His Sidekick ATUL CHITNAVIS (EVIL TWINS OF NAGPUR BRANCH) *I DO NOT KNOW HOW THE OTHER BRANCHES IN PAN INDIA WORKS THIS REVIEW IS SOLELY FOR MY BRANCH NAGPUR 1, NOT ANY OTHER BRANCH. 3. The Pressure of Business Procurement is from First Month. As soon as your done with your training (Online Training nowadays) they start Hammering you for Business. And the Pressure is so severe it almost feels like an Harassment. 4. As Insurance is a Need based product. Nobody can sell a Policy on a Daily Basis as if it's Milk or Bread. 5. They (MANISH&ATUL) would even Pressurize you to buy out your own Policy. 6. Worst thing is the language and manner of speaking with an employee whether a performer/Non Performer , New one or Vintage one is so Unethical and Degrading. It is so insulting to an extent that i have seen grown-ups cry coz of such insult. 7. Even if it's a Well Reputed Company but the Attitude and Harrassing behavior of the seniors makes most of Employees new or old to leave. 8. Doesn't matter if u were the performer of the Month or Year, if there is something they want and u couldn't deliver, they would forget all ur past achievements and treat you as an Useless Baggage. 9. The worst Thing i felt is the lack of respect as a Human to ur employees, Disgraceful comments such as "You're ur Parent's Mistake" , "You are Not even a Man" and many more things which i can't type here. Imagine what it does to a person when he listens such infront of whole staff? How does it affect his mentality? How can they expect anyone to go on Field and work with a clear mind after listening to such in morning meeting? (Morning meetings are nothing but Shouting competition of MANISH & ATUL) 10.And there is no need of a Genius to predict this, that if the behavior of such So called managers and Office Heads doesn't change, this Insurance Titanic is surely heading towards the Iceberg.

Appraisal depends upon reporting manager, new candidates came with higher package but old employees voice can not get into company ear because of team leaders. Competition are very good in this situation.

...arget is not complete. Target is so high that you will never receive incentives. Pay is too less and pressure, toxicity and politics is too high.
