Company has well trainned trainners, a part from business company does lots of focus on grooming skilling very good company for learning, job security no one leave all goes with there decision.....salary is not as should be ,appraisal is also ok, to much travel, yes politics happend, lots of innovation, no personal life only professional life for work life balance, Company has kept some old seniors who are not fit on all the above mentioned point.....still thay are there for hrass jounier they should put. ...AP SALES THEY DON'T HAVE A KNOWLEDGE THEY USE TO DO MISELLING AND sympathy sale. No good salary and appraisal is less no personal life no holiday

Second Saturday and Sunday, third Saturday and Sundays are off. No other perks.

... from you. More than 5 persons already left the office with their toxic culture. Don't trust their words during interview they will give a package which is lesser than your current ctc and will give excuses as you will earn promotions in a fast track mode. nothing doing you will not meet their unrealistic targets. Hope my review will help future comers. thank you.

The thing is like about max life insurance is salary credit is on time and 2nd and 3rd Saturday is also weekoff.

...they expect high level quality work from employees. Worst management and system. Field work also involved in the low salary. 2 field visit per day.

Salary Too much office politics. Sometimes good work is limited to some folks. Career growth opportunities are limited to only some section of the teams

Appraisal depends upon reporting manager, new candidates came with higher package but old employees voice can not get into company ear because of team leaders. Competition are very good in this situation.
