...lders. Those who didn't comply or even slightly refused, were fired on the spot. Salary increments were very unfair as well. Talent and efforts were never recognised. Owner of the company never really cared. They also treated the women employees in a disrespectful and perverted manner. I strongly suggests everyone to avoid this company.

Because of Some of seniors it is good place for intern's but not good at all for experienced person.

Only thing you'll get to learn here is Adobe Flash since there's this stupid department called Optimisation where your job is literally the worst one. But still, you'll get to know what Flash actually is.

...or people who seriously don't have any career in their life and only want a job. They hire you at a very low salary for probation and they don't give much hike after that. Confirmation letter is also not on time. If you have luck, then you have a proper designation or else you don't even have one. Literally, they'll put you in any department. There is 100% lack of creativity. They talk big but don't even do as said. There is hardly any skill in Developers/Designers as developer's do 90% of their work by just copy/pasting the code. Designers have lack of creativity. Animation department also comes under the same category due to lack of creative content. Lack of paid leaves i.e; 8 leaver per year. They say 9hrs work but if you leave on time they'll start complaining you. No Overtime. Content in Games are all the same thing. Just click-click-click. It's so boring tbh. As a fresher, salary starts from 5k if you know from nothing to little about softwares or the thing which you are specialized in. Barely any increment. Nature here is worst. Full of politics. They even fire you sometimes for some dumb reasons because of politics. I would not recommend anyone to work in this company because it's just pure timepass and nothing else. You get paid minimum by doing nothing. Softwares used here are 100% pirated and not purchased. And most importantly, lack of coordination and management.

This is totally bogus company. All the rules are opposite for employees. No leaves, no bonus, no of, no policy. Nothing there. All the admin members are rude and they treat employees as majdoor. This is hopeless company.

Poor management, a lot of manipulation, once they get enough work from you they will throw you out of their company which leads to disrespect. Not at all a good place for girls for sure.
