Good team mates we had actually, training will be good, job security is good ,career growth will be good if we go for the another companies salaries are very low when comparing to the work which we are doing in some days we use to work more than 9 hours travelling is free and it will be very good service and finally work environment and office premises is very good happy worked with team lease

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. What do you dislike

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Axis security work place is v gud .My first job in axis securities till date. I learn about work lot of things . My boss and all bosse is gud. He teach each and everything. Work culture and office environment is cool. No pressure for work.

One nagative point is all about salary ..salary is too much low other bank and NBFC. I am working sine 3 and half years in Operation Team but my salary not gud for survive. I think salary should be handsome salary for operation team bcoz no one get insentive.me and my colleges under 14k. atleast management think about to salary

it's axis Bank subsidiary which working with brand name of axis with good fundamental and reputation in market. I joined company as senior analyst working under the Team of Fundmanager and Director where I learn lots of things about analysis,like valuations,cost modeling, DCF , Management my own working under charted accountant team and technical analysis team . Various sectors secondary report managment meeting with many companies high profile Representative. Current time I am work 4000cr aum clients overall great experience.

According to designation salary factors and sometimes favouritism of higher authorities and Covid time cost cutting and salary cut and many of people lose job .job unsecure nature.
