it's axis Bank subsidiary which working with brand name of axis with good fundamental and reputation in market. I joined company as senior analyst working under the Team of Fundmanager and Director where I learn lots of things about analysis,like valuations,cost modeling, DCF , Management my own working under charted accountant team and technical analysis team . Various sectors secondary report managment meeting with many companies high profile Representative. Current time I am work 4000cr aum clients overall great experience.

According to designation salary factors and sometimes favouritism of higher authorities and Covid time cost cutting and salary cut and many of people lose job .job unsecure nature.

Job Security is there but one could not find the right opportunity to grow in terms of salary, promotion, increment, etc

Managers don't value your effort. One will work for there team through out the year but end of the day your manager will get promoted and the subordinate will not even get decent increment.

Whole staff is supportable at learning stage and after. Good opportunity for learn If any fresher join this co .

...ave after then co will shut , this is thinking of top management in this branch. Number of time co invite own staff on holiday and not give any compensation.
