I have worked in credit card department there is a target if we did more cards we used to get Incentives that is the only thing I like in axis

For experience employees also they offer only 15000 salary per month.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth

A lot of work pressure is here , so I don't suggest anyone to join . If we talk about career growth then it is very very slow and same as with your salary even .

It's terrible to work with AXIS SECURITIES LTD. as there has no such comfort & opportunity to work with. Also, there is no growth opportunity of career.

Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Though the work is much tuff but the managers didn't appreciate or satisfy as they demand more. Also, there is no on job training for the freshers.
