This is best place for work,I was in the microfinance department there I learned lots of thing about Field, banking services. Also co-workers and upper management were very good. ...rity like medical bonus is not as they have mentioned when I joined the company. There is no career growth and no salary increment . thus this company is good regarding working culture but not regarding career growth and monetary appreciation.

Axis securities is a good for freshers candidate. I am also join in axis securities as a fresher. I have lost of experience in there organisation. I have developed my comunication skills & dicition making skills also developed my Excel,MS word etc.

...agement is transparent. There is ahuge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
