Only sales performance is considered to evaluate eligibility for promotion and appreciation from top management. Other. Other managerial eligibility, Knowledge e.t.c are not considered.

Nothing is upto the mark to like about it. Accept off on al bank holidays

A very taxic work culture, Rude behaviour of HR. No support and help from company when you require, unnecessary salary deduction, lesser pay.

At that time salary are Low No loan benefits Promotion after 5 years if clear Exams and full fill other criteria

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot off politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
