There is nothing to like about i Axis Bank. Total toxic work culture and biased promotion and compensation policies.

...me college graduates are given preference in promotion even if they do nothing). No equal work equal pay policy. Some college graduates are hired as senior even when they know nothing and are paid 2-3 times more. Yes you read it right. HR are unresponsive and useless. No resolution is provided on toxic management, work culture or other issues.

AXIS BANK is a huge bank with various departments & teams. Experience can vary a lot. This is strictly about my experience in the company. Awesome Work Culture, Work Life Balance. Leaves can be granted easily. Supportive Team

Dislikes

Work culture is very poor here. People don't take things ownership of things assigned to them. Emails are just official evidences, people don't action on emails. You have to pick up the phone and call everyone to get the work done, otherwise it is completely ignored. Communication with vendor resources is happening on whatsapp. Your personal phone becomes official. They still follow traditional waterfall work model, that too in a very poor manner.

High compensation variance among the same position people and it’s so high that even with good ratings it can’t be overcome
