It's a manager driven company. No value for HR and they don't follow terms and conditions. If manager decided to sack the employee they will do it. They tranfer you any branch and they don't even consult with the employee before

Business Intelligence Unit has a very good learning culture. The team which I am working in has very good culture in terms of transparency, work life balance (not perfect but good) and the quality of work. Also there is very less ego in people and everybody is willing to learn from the other and listen the other person well.

Salary increments are poor. I feel I am underpaid here. Promotions also take a lot of time

The compensation granted is not satisfactory and lower than compensation when compared with peer banks. the appraisal percentage is generally on lower side.

Good Recognition Good Bonus Good Support from Management Applicable only for Performers

Salary Increment given based on existing package. If you are in good package then your increment is less. If you are in poor package then your increment is good. But overall increment given is less due to which attrition is increasing. As performance bonus is good the business ask is also huge accordingly.
