There is nothing to like about i Axis Bank. Total toxic work culture and biased promotion and compensation policies.

Dislikes

...me college graduates are given preference in promotion even if they do nothing). No equal work equal pay policy. Some college graduates are hired as senior even when they know nothing and are paid 2-3 times more. Yes you read it right. HR are unresponsive and useless. No resolution is provided on toxic management, work culture or other issues.

...fe balance (this is specific to the department and project you are assigned to). On time salary. Hassal free leave approval.

Dislikes

Work culture is very poor here. People don't take things ownership of things assigned to them. Emails are just official evidences, people don't action on emails. You have to pick up the phone and call everyone to get the work done, otherwise it is completely ignored. Communication with vendor resources is happening on whatsapp. Your personal phone becomes official. They still follow traditional waterfall work model, that too in a very poor manner.

At Circle level & branch level there is less transparency in work environment. Work life balance is missing, personal space is not given at all. Company policy are transparent but local level there is a lot of politics. A good supervisor at department level is a need of the hour.

Dislikes

...who stay late as this reflects their inefficiency & probably dept work load too. Salary growth of longtime employees is lower as compared to new joinees.

...rrier growth, company know for teech adopted, excellent product to cover market. But package wise concern for long term employment

Nothing SPL overall it's great place to work and good company overview
