A very taxic work culture, Rude behaviour of HR. No support and help from company when you require, unnecessary salary deduction, lesser pay.

I was with Axis when its a UTI bank before 2006 At that time they providing ESOP to all Employee

At that time salary are Low No loan benefits Promotion after 5 years if clear Exams and full fill other criteria

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot off politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I have very good experience with axis bank. All sttaff are supporting. And very good culture. All staff very good..i miss my axis bank family at new job.

The basic salary is very low in credit card department . The minimum salary should be more than 18000. Thanking you
