...ided by bank side for BDA role . My openion is not to go BDA role in axis bank .salary also low only they will 20k in offer letter we can get 14 or 15k only .+ We can not get any petrol allowances

I'm very disappointed with my experience at Axis Bank. The work culture feels overly pressurized, and I find the numerous account charges frustrating. It seems like there are fees for every little thing, which adds to my dissatisfaction. Overall, I do not appreciate the environment or the practices at Axis Bank.

... to such pressure, especially during peak login times. I hate this bank forever. I’ve been facing significant financial strain due to my salary being consistently low at 7,000 to 8,000 for the past 10 months. The bank has deducted amounts for parental insurance without proper communication, and this has caused me a lot of hardship.

No work - personal life balance. Worked on holiday's but no comp off. Bonus and salary hike is too low. No training conducted in 3 year's of my term. Very less interaction between higher supervisor.

They misbehave their new employee they harass me lot my supervisor openly told I am make sure that you not stay here long time after so much harassment finally I leave my job in 20 days.after leaving job no hr called me to ask why I was leaving job

The biggest fact is the salary for Relationship Officer. Why do we work hard for the bank but a laborer who works as a daily wage laborer does not even get a salary? This is a matter to think about a lot because in today's time, Rs 400 per day does not run anyone's house but it has to be done.
