It is a great place to work for long year's but don't expect slary increases by year on year.Axis culture also very good and the environment also very friendly.A fresher can mingle easily with all senior staff.

Dislikes

Salary hikes. They will give you good ratings and promotions but salary will not increase. Year on year they will averagely increase 1500 to 3000 only.in 2014 also same ,in 2023 also same.How can an employee will live with the same salary hike process as like earlier 19th & 20 th century.

As of now overall one and half year experience I am got practical knowledge on the products which were I am handling apart from subject knowledge, and have good communication with my teambers they supported and taught the working procedure.

Dislikes

When talking about salary it's depend upon our performance and rating, but only negative point is ratings of the employee are purely depend upon head of the department but not on employee performance. Some times I have worked 14-16 hours per a day there is no compensation .

...e language, he also becomes violent. He attacks the family over trivial matters. I will not say anything about the salary. Basically your career, mental health and life will all be ruined if you joined Axis Bank. I will explain what changes will occur in your mental health after joining Axis. 1. You will remain absent minded. Aapko bulate rahega lekin aapko sunai nahi dega. 2. All the scenes of the office will keep playing in front of your eyes in a loop and you will keep feeling scared. 3. You will not remember anything. Your confidence will be low. 4. You will start having hallucinations and you will not even know it. 5. Aur inn sabke wajh se aapka relationship bhi kharab ho jayega.. They don't care about your health. Don't even think to join in Axis Bank.

Skill development compared to other bank axis provide good learnings

Axis gives less salary compared to other bank and also high work pressure and high pressure to cross sell and make employees to run behind the customer and its make Customer to get irritated

Everything is very good, and Axis Bank is a brand with a very good name in the market.

Dislikes

There will have to be a little increment in the salary of the lower level employees, because there they are already from third party role, everything else is very good.
