Senior management is taking some initiative for staff welfare .but ground level implementation is totally different

Salary hike is only 5 % that too including the variable pay for 3 rating other ratings not sure

... sharing the new ideas to us . Even ACM , RCM and ZCM are very friendly in all . Overall I love to work here but for salary and promotion I need to move on .

In single word there is no dislikes while we love the work .

It is a great place to work for long year's but don't expect slary increases by year on year.Axis culture also very good and the environment also very friendly.A fresher can mingle easily with all senior staff.

Dislikes

Salary hikes. They will give you good ratings and promotions but salary will not increase. Year on year they will averagely increase 1500 to 3000 only.in 2014 also same ,in 2023 also same.How can an employee will live with the same salary hike process as like earlier 19th & 20 th century.

Job security. There are people like who don't do anything and are in the system from many year

Almost everything,very poor salary structure,Bonus system, seniors take advantage of their position and most important there is lobby of seniors

Good work environment and culture Temamates are supportive &mamanhement is transparent .company policies are good but apparisal problem

Salary is decent but career growth is slow ...department of gold loan
