Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

First of all their is no training they start work experience based wether it is fresher or experience ,no teammates work ourself ,that is the plus point and nothing .their are live project to work on it and learning how they are work and all the jewelry concept

Dislikes

Everything I dislike they didn't give you on-time salary ,no job security only 3-4 people are work in this company . No time fix to go home. No appreciation only selfish on their own benefit
