Nothing to like too much work culture is very bad And axalta coating savli site have dangerous plant hade

Dislikes

Plant head interfering in every department Company gives 5 day working but management doing 6 days without overtime and it’s compulsory to work 2 hours after shift end in first shift

Only the name as it is global MNC.

Dislikes

The senior management at US is low on ethics and did not care employees. Every year they launch job elimination projects and remove employees like chicken heads. They are so rude that they remove employee from office within 2 hrs. The management has been attempting to sell company since 2017. Intially they tried with Akzo then in 2020 with PPG and now again on same path.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
