Notice Period you have to serve and they treat you like an enemy. Even though they have buyout option they won't allow you, if they allow you they will mentioned statement like that x person haven't completed the notice period. After paying the amount. Worse company policy and management. They can't see the growth of the employee. And Pathetic Management

Híbryd working, with possibility to work from home three days a week. This last year's the salary has improved and for beginner is a competitive salary to start with. Good wellbeing policy.

Dislikes

Management quite strict sometimes they don't act profesional and they control a lot. You cannot chose your holiday freely. Sometimes because of the management we work in a toxic environment

Horrible manager and his 3rd class team.....they call team members in non working on purpose and talk personal stuff and force to get others personal stuff...no manner of staying jn limits and ask the team member to talk apart from work...inshort harassment.

Dislikes

Not even a single point to like...instead I suggest to stop disgusting behavior just because they are just a team member ND not having any personal connection and won't allow to enter into their personal life...before harassing a female employee as call talk to us apart from work and keeping personal requirements think about your sister , mother, wife and daughter.
