Axa is the on of the worst organisation, they have several reasons to delay and deduct your salary even the can fire you withour a reason. they are just playing with others career. they call people from esteemed organisation and after some time they fire them. they people dont have planning for a single thing, they are just copying others and launch products on higher cost then a company like cipla and lupin and expecting a high sell from sales team without giving them a single supprt towards product. Work like a soap compny visit every home and sell it. Worst managment and Culture.

Dislike point as per mentioned below. 01. HR department is not provided salary slip on monthly basis & if you are need of salary slip then you will have to follow up from HR department at least 10 time then you can get. 02. Washroom for staff & packing helper are same so when ever you will go in washroom then always you will see uncleaned. 03. Congested space in canteen so when you will go to canteen then you will have to wait to take lunch.

Supportive staff salary on time I like the shift of this company there are 3 shift and 1 is genral shift. 1st shift is 7am to 3pm 2nd is 3pm to 11 pm 3rd is 11pm to 7am and the general shift is 9am to 6pm.

I'm in IPQA department so there are no work pressure but in the production department a little bit pressure to work
