Dislike point as per mentioned below. 01. HR department is not provided salary slip on monthly basis & if you are need of salary slip then you will have to follow up from HR department at least 10 time then you can get. 02. Washroom for staff & packing helper are same so when ever you will go in washroom then always you will see uncleaned. 03. Congested space in canteen so when you will go to canteen then you will have to wait to take lunch.

A company is opening in 2007. Its having a new technology system. I had also the part of team member.Its having the high quality products and has global client and self market. work Environment is good and I had work with him for 10 years.

Dislikes

Company having compensation and growth is average . The work pressure is very high sometimes I have to work 16-24 hrs straight in a day. I have to attend the calls of clients or venders in the evening and nights.there is also job for freshers,trainers for his growth.

Supportive staff salary on time I like the shift of this company there are 3 shift and 1 is genral shift. 1st shift is 7am to 3pm 2nd is 3pm to 11 pm 3rd is 11pm to 7am and the general shift is 9am to 6pm.

I'm in IPQA department so there are no work pressure but in the production department a little bit pressure to work

Job security is not good, it can come out anytime, work culture is fine, management is bad and company policy is not right, we get bond of 2 years.

The work load in this job is very high, the salary is low, the staff is supportive according to the work but the management is not right.

Company is good and have a vision of becoming a big sales house and try to spread his root in different segments also overall culture is good and satisfactory
