...ts encouraged. HR is from rural institutions who cannot speak English properly. Salary is abyssymal. Worked here only because I was in a financial difficulty. Also, notice period is an unbelievable 90 days (not negotiable!).

...ny as its worklife balance is very good and policies are also good management .. only things are skill devlopment should be a priority, and competitive salary should be given to deserving employees rest all aspect AXA is gooooooood good Goooood.

No career growth,Salary is way too less as compared to other competitors, No transparency in tests conducted, favouritism,office politics,new ideas are not considered, notice period is 3 months :(

...ement is not that great. They have some or the other excuse each and every time. In terms of compensation people at lower level are offered very less and they get hardly 2-5% yearly hike so their salary remains in the same bracket and upper management is not at all concerned about that. Not that great place to work.

Work Culture and less macro management. Clients are working on trending techs.

...hnically ABS is trying to match the market trends, which will be a long journey. With this technically growing market, management is still stuck with the old pay-scale.
