...ts encouraged. HR is from rural institutions who cannot speak English properly. Salary is abyssymal. Worked here only because I was in a financial difficulty. Also, notice period is an unbelievable 90 days (not negotiable!).

...ny as its worklife balance is very good and policies are also good management .. only things are skill devlopment should be a priority, and competitive salary should be given to deserving employees rest all aspect AXA is gooooooood good Goooood.

...ement is not that great. They have some or the other excuse each and every time. In terms of compensation people at lower level are offered very less and they get hardly 2-5% yearly hike so their salary remains in the same bracket and upper management is not at all concerned about that. Not that great place to work.

... partially than any company. Please don't waste your time to join this company. You can also see they require C1 and C2 in German and package 4.5lakh . Hahahahaha this is showing where stand AXA. HRBP is like fool who doesn't know about people's.

Partially, growth, poor package, not job safety, not OT even more work and more work generally happens every day, dirty washroom, dirty cab facilities, people are using local language especially Pune , no gym, no library, no childcare,no team outing, etc.Very bad company

...working from Office/Home policy - Goodies distribution for multiple occasions - Fixed Annual bonus other than performance incentives -

- Multiple approvals dependencies for the Projects - Lack of Transparency - No clarity on objectives for few Strategic Projects and surprisingly some senior stake holders are not even informed on the decisions taken - So called Strategic Management is keen to keep existing people on bench rather than helping then to develop their skills they are looking for outside talent - Senior management should understand geographical and cultural differences and all practices will not work across entity
