Everything is great about this company from working to working hours, they don't create unnecessary pressure over their employees.

The salary, it's very less in the market. Hopefully they will see to it in the future.

Axa is very good company with good working culture, axa is one of the company where there is more learning and enjoyment ...there was many activities to refresh mind of employers and at the same time have work to finish soon ...work life balance is very good in this company I liked axa and the term which I was working was best.

...rn regarding the company's policy on notice periods during the probation period. Despite being on probation, employees are required to pay for the entire notice period upon resignation. Despite having a genuine reason for leaving, I was still required to pay for the full notice period, which I believe is both unfair and potentially unlawful.

Just the location as it was in my hometown.

...ts encouraged. HR is from rural institutions who cannot speak English properly. Salary is abyssymal. Worked here only because I was in a financial difficulty. Also, notice period is an unbelievable 90 days (not negotiable!).
