...4-5 people lead this company rest can hire and fired according to the situation. First 2-3 months you can get salary basically its a trap after that they will delay your salary in 3-4 months, some employees do not get salary around 7-8 moths. In the place of HR department only one person their ,she will always told you management decision, they will down you in every level so you can never ask for salary, if you as for salary you will get your termination letter soon. So don't waste your time it's not a good company for work.

...of company is around 15, They all are very rude and doing politics all the time. they do not give employees salary in 3-4 months. Don't join this company this is like a hell.

... joinee - joining process will be like you are joining mnc this is great here. Salary - for first three months salary on time after this almost 3 months have to wait for a salary now you will be trapped nor you leave without inform neither find new company immediately. NOTE:Don't waste your time here

Team mates were very helpful, but very harsh and rude, they expect respect from your side rather than by earning the same, the entire culture is diluted in seniority and juniority, you are not allowed to be frank and formal, you should be adhere with school culture like good morning sir, good morning mam You are not allowed to take their name prefixes 'hi' or 'hello' say like hi abc, hello xyz. No professionalism as well as enthusiasm

The company is biased around 5-6 people rest of the people there is just like donkey, and the most disgusting thing over there is nepotism, worst politics, even the technical director seens to be silent, if you ak for the help, he will first lashed out on you, then after wasting your time he will either tell you or adviced you to ask from your seniors
