The work we do is very interesting and it actually solves a lot of problem what it claims. It's not another gimmick start up that promises everything.

Work @ Awign can get busy and a bit stressful, but with teamwork and good task management, it remains manageable.

Appreciation and monetary benefits should be better. Offering better benefits and bonuses will make everyone feel more appreciated and create a happier, more successful workplace.
