No culture, no one respect you in your org. Only zonel head rules the organisation.

Dislikes

Team member pay the game. Take the credits of your work anytime. Keep you out with out any prior notice for their promotion. Team members are not honest for this organisation. This is a big problem.

Work Life Balance VP of Bangalore is a Gem of a person. Friendly atmosphere VP is the only pillar for Bangalore.

Dislikes

Surface level trainings. No in-depth trainings on administrative job. Inside Sales Target for operations personel. Zero leadership skills of senior members. Zero assets of the company, all are leased assets. Too much manual data usage. Zero automation in reports generation.

1.Poor work life balance 2.Endless politics by the region head. The sole reason good resources have resigned & left. Many are finding it difficult to work because of poor leadership. 3.Senior Management won't support you while facing any challenges / to overcome it. Don't expect any support from them,you are on your own. 4.No Job satisfaction 5.New policies are made to harass the employees & clients 6.Nothing to learn or develop one's skills. 7.Unnecesaary numbers of meetings held in a day without any agenda & keep on piling the work. 8. TOXIC WORK ENVIRONMENT 9. No trainings are given to learn the work faster, from the first day itself employees are put to handle clients/complaints/rentals. They will keep piling up work & pressurize from the 1st day itself. 10. No defined processes/ SOP's to follow.
