Management does not really push for people to attend training courses conducted by HR. For Applications support and development there is no work life balance due to the work load. Quick to adopt and implement latest technologies(Cloud, Machine Learning, IOT etc).

Work load messes up work life balance. No emphasis on development of individual skills. Management expects you to work extra hours as a rule.

Worst company I have ever seen in my whole life.. If u r a true professional with a good ethics AWR is not the place.. Bcos the talent what u have will go for ever.. If u work in AWR
