There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...Teameates and seniors are very supportive and the management is also supportive.Policies of company are good but salary is not enough and they don't give us any bonus.

There is lot of politics.Sometime the whole plant is stop because of strike.Salary is not enough and carrier growth is very slow.

It was good to be taking training here , but overall if you see then , their is no pre planing , there is no safety precautions are taken by the workers and the management also...that's why I want to switch this company
