There is nothing to like about this organization. No sane person should join this company even if it's the last job on earth. The company policies are so bad, they literally harass their employees. Even home servants are treated better than how they treat their employees. My life's biggest regret was to join this company.

Everything. They do not pay their employees timely. I haven't got my two month salary yet. Have been begging them to release my salary as I am going through financial crisis but these people have not released it till date. Even while leaving they have not giving me my experience letter and after one month I got it.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given

No ethics in the company and the promoters as well. No clients, no business, only pressure on targets, hire and fire culture, salary insecurity, no fixed policies, keep changing, no fixed working hours, no learning, no career growth, worst company

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues in SWIGGY COMPANY. But no salary hike and Manager are given promotions and salary hike to whomever they want.
