Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Fraud company … owner is faurd .. employees knows he is fraud then too they tell fresher to join here … first says 6 months intership then they say 1 year intership after joinging after 1 year they say more intership

Avs owner is not standing his words, and every IT freshers his select as Trainee but take the responsibility as domain support,. So freshers do not aplya for job this company
