Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

There are many things to dislike in no. we have to discuss 1. Management Failure 2. Account department is very rude with no work they just want to sit idle and thinks to be boss 3. A big failure that no one has any authority to buy a thing for rs 1 also while you hamper your work day to day unless you get approval for Rs. !
