...hem...Company filled with fake experience employees... They are doing business.. Hiring them and collecting 2 months salary.. HR team also knows this one....

Excellent work exposure, training for freshers, team support, gym/games and better growth opportunities.

Very less employee benefit, work pressure, politics, less salary compare to other companies and no cab.

...y, but it's very huge and big amount for my family, this is literally cheating.. Actually MTs are having very very less salaries compared to Coding, Billing etc in health care, in these salaries every month company will cut Rs. 1000 for loyalty, this is not at all fair.. This is exploitation of the company, because of the reason I resigned the job and went to my home town and doing some business and I never suggest to join or training any employee especially in Avontix.

All good Everything is Superb Supporting Supervisors and staff clean maintenance and guidance from senior's very easy to commute by public transport and work life balance also Good, Very good job security.

Except Cafeteria Everything is Awesome like Management and salary and training and support and HR team is really Good.

Likes

The salary is given on time. The production manager Shri Jagdish and other managers , Shri Mishra are very supportive. They have excellent work life balance and have mostly day shifts. The most important thing is they give documents on time and settle PF in a professional manner of people who leave due to some personal reasons unlike other companies where they harass past employees. Lot lot better compared to most of the MT companies in Hyderabad

Dislikes

They should be more strict with regards to quality when it comes to transcription part from MTs though each person may have different views in this regard.
