The salary is given on time. The production manager Shri Jagdish and other managers , Shri Mishra are very supportive. They have excellent work life balance and have mostly day shifts. The most important thing is they give documents on time and settle PF in a professional manner of people who leave due to some personal reasons unlike other companies where they harass past employees. Lot lot better compared to most of the MT companies in Hyderabad

Worst experience with Avontix.... kept on hold in covid situation without salary saying unpaid leaves.....

I don't like to work in Avontix due to no job security... unnecessary salary cuts.... not given salary in covid situation..... they won't stand on what they promise... totally worst experience
