Ofcourse Growth was their but it was only in the case of postion. In salary there was very low increament.

Less chances of overtime in corporate department,so you are able to give time to your family.

Dislikes

Mostly less educated employees are designated at the higher posts as company wants cheap labour despite of the quality of work. Etiquettes of the staff are very poor in plant section. Internal policies are such the worst that tries you to turn into slave.
