...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

There is no work pressure working with organization is Good and getting salary on time and I have learned lit of things

There is no extra leave from client side if put another leave in month so we want two days leave for a month

I'm happy to work but they is no any challenges to learn or no career growth but overall security work place good

1st thing is a political 2nd ly no growth 3rd if we resign again we can't rejoin again 4 working for 3 years no joke 5 management are not responsible for any issues we face

I have work with company at Kalina mumbai branch....the company is good and staffs are helpful but there is some c.....a and m.......d managers who don't want to works some staff.... there is a CRM who's name is Nilesh sawant (c....a aur m.......d insaan) jo 1000 rs ke liye khudke reference se bande log lekar aata hai aur 3 months ke baad ac me 1000 rs aane baad unhi bando ke kaam me kuch na kuch fault nikalke unko job se nikal deta hai after that there is one lady manager her name Anuja Sohani jo mithi mithi baate karke bando se kaam karvake ke leti hai aur kaam hone baad zaroorat khatam hone ke baad Nilesh sawant aur Shankar se chuha meeting karke bando ko nikalne ke liye bolti hai and now I m coming sabse c.....a aur bayla insaan iss company ka Shankar Satoshe he is like a pet dog of Anuja Sohani jisko na mail read karne aata hai na mail samajta hai na mail draft karne aata hai aur na admin se baat karne aati hai na queries samajti hai par sirf Anuja ki goti giri aur khabri giri karke ASM ki post pe baitha hai and there is one employee who's post is supervisor his name Maruti I don't remember his surname he is like company usko pos rahi hai aur pal rahi hai ek number ka anfad insaan na kuch read karne aata hai na kuch kaam karta hai na mail ke baare me kuch knowledge hai keyboard ek button dhunde ke liye 10 min lagte hai aur din bhar bass Poonam Mahajan ke baare me badi badi baate sirf boss log ki goti giri karta hai jiske liye company usko 16-17000 salary pay karti hai bahaut politics hai company me jo bande log sachme talented hai mehnat karte hai unki kadar nahi hai but jo goti giri khabri giri karta hai unki kadar hai

Am a auditer and shift incharge of 16 sites like intel Honeywell Philip's deloite shell companies in my under working 30 excutive they will do mails and courier handling in that if they get any complaints I'll be visiting in the site and resolved at the same day
