The culture of company is very good and allows employees to work freely,also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts.

i do not dislike anything in this company, i just love to move in a different direction in my career.

It's About having a vast experience to learn all dynamics of management as finance, Hr, Marketing and Operations Guy... I Started my Journey as Finance Intern and got the praise for each deed so executed. Each efforts of mine are elaborated and i learnt each role as an extra edge and in short duration of 4 months i got 2 awards for hitting my targets. I always like a saying of CEO "HardWork Pays you the way You Work to Achieve It."

Dislikes

Payment Structure and elaborated working ethics... I personally feel it doesn't have a bad atmosphere but it need to be more balanced, while having an extra edge of being multi tasking people usually became helpless being expert into any one specific domain which is very required at any shifting corporate. Rest each coin have both sides.

Avro India limited company was very good . Great work culture, staff was very nice, good trainers , managers , very good provide trainings , good presentation skills all good

CEO BAHEVIOUR ABUSE TO ALL EMPLOYEES. IN PRODUCTION MEETING, WHAT IS THE JOB OF AN ACCOUNTANT IN THAT MEETING BUT YOU WOULD SIT ON THAT MEETING AND GIVE YOUR ADVISE .

This organization is the one in which I wanted to be part of it and developing my skill in plastics field. The organization have excellent working environment and all management, staff are very supportive by nature.
