Salary on time but increment & Job Satisfaction is very bad. Company Work Culture is not good , micro minded work culture. Also all Old senior staff behaviors is not good . All old senior staff back beaching to directors & director also trust on his word. I have very bad experience with working from Avon Flavors & his senior staff.

Work Culture, HR policy , Avon Flavors' HR Mamata is very horrible behavior's & do polities with staff.
