No offer letter, no salary in bank account, no commitment matter.... Till now 8 months completed as assistant cost accountant in company's head office, but still not received any offer letter or confirmation letter from company, they committed to shift position from trainee to permanent employee but still working as temporary trainee even i had done every work on time and i got more than 80% performance every month as my review by senior managers but still they don't have any respect or care of manpower. Also faced worst HR coordinators... Totally working for management not even 1% on employees side. By my Overall experience, suggestions to everyone who want to go join avon cycle please negotiate as much as you can by salary side or more because in beginning they commit you but in future don't care care about anything. Never join without offer letter. And one more and important suggestions, even after everything (offer letter, confirmation, salary in account) have no job security because if company's sales reduces or reduction in profit then you have to pack ur bags and leave the company, even 20 year old employees don't have have security.

As per policy one rules apply in all company for increment. All employees meet to MD for any issues. Working environment are good.

Dislikes

Training and development not provided Welfare facility not maintained for emp. Monthly activities null Incentive salary null.

Only one thing that salary distribution is on time.

Toxic environment. Md is dictator. No growth. Only politics. No job security any time u may be fired by Md. Management only thinking about how to polish Md shoes. Total Lala type factory on big level not a company. Join at ur own risk.

I have some requirements with co against my worked which couldn't fullfill from Co, and everytime when I raised question, Co only assure me after six months I become disharted so finallyI resigned my self

Dislikes

the management is lacking. Because of too much new hiring. They leave just before their shift ends because they have no responsibilities, while others are working beyond their scheduled hours.There is too much new hiring, and as a result, the existing employees are facing difficulties. all the work ends up falling on the old employees.
