CEO needs more experience that could an asset, and stop hiring friends with no experience that do not do justification to the job. no processes defined despite being backed by parent company SLK Software Services Lack of vision clarity HR sucks No scope for employees to upskill The team lead eats up the team outing amount Too much marketing not required

- Product is not promising. - Colleagues are ordinary. all are working in the same company for 6-7 yrs, no guts to switch companies. Basically, they know nothing extra except product - Typical service-based company mentality. 2yr bond 3 month notice period
