No growth.... Company is manager by father ie Ramesh Varier and son Dinesh Varier who thinks they knkw ebeythung in world..... Will make you work 10 times for a single work and ask ROI.... No job satisfaction. Employees want to leave but in madurai no jobs are available.

Its a great company as far as working pattern is concerned. The owners are really nice people and its been a pleasure working for over 6 years as GM there. I along with my other team members made worked really hard to make it Tamil Nadu's first NABH accredited Ayurveda Hospital.

Dislikes

The company even though a very considerate management is there at times they trust too many new consultants and they do not bestow the trust in their own employees. They need to realise that consultants are consultants, they come and go, but it is the employee who are working with them and they need to trust them more.
