Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

I have seen the wroste job in AVM ventures. they hugger for sales. They need 1-3 sales a day if you are fresher also. They will left you at highways for site visit advertisement and not proper pickup and drop. If you not do sales a day they will give warnings that they have your salary and they debit your little salary. On starting days of your job you have to call customers with your sim they will provide sim after 2-3 weeks. They gave you data for calling customers which is repeated numbers the customers will give you bad and you have to listed that avm won't care about that.
