Late working hours and nobody appreciate it. No support from the top management. Abusive language used by top management for senior staff in front of juniors. Just for name it's MNC but it's go good than a proprietary company. Seriously I would not recommend anyone to join.

I feel strictly "NO" for EHS Employees.....for every safety violation which in no means are in controls of safety personal on customer premises you will hear "What is safety officer doing there - I don't want him in company" and safety management is helpless. indeed job security is low for safety professionals.

Performance or Diwali or Quarterly Bonus whatever bonus you get is deducted from your own CTC and given back to you which is not even fully received. 10. Last but most important, the company will impose such rules on you and your work, due to which your bonus or salary can be deducted.

For a freshers , it's a good company, we can able to learn a lot

Since its a service engineer role, we need to travel a lot , salary is decent but career growth is very slow . Also there is a bond of 3 years.

Only job security with pay cut and no appraisal

Dislikes

No work life balance, Work on holiday and weekend with no compensatary off policy and no extra pay. Lots of politics and egoistic management. Good only for fresher not for experience.
