Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Work with good environment,Take training of various instrumentation testing system,I get travel various sites. But On-site travel is completely depends on your project and Customer location. Another plus point is that my colleagues comes from various background, and we work happily.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12 hours straight in a day. I have to attend client calls in the evening.
