good infra , Snacks and leisure time activities are major attraction point nowadays but just dont join only for that.

Dislikes

...al being done only for nonsense comedy in office rather than hard work skillset. 5 days working policy is a joke , they will ping you anytime, anyday without any compensation. Management run by one person only, so you have to be their favourite.

1. In terms of Appraisal, they are providing it in comparison to a Big IT firm ( single digit appraisal) but expectations is to have work like a startup so you are in a loss here as Not working with a brand plus not getting the benefit of it 2. The higher management like tech architect of the companies are 7-8 experience people who have been in the company but lacking the basic work ethics 3. No parties no outing no activities so a boring routine 4. The company has lost most of its client so tight on budget which is reflecting on other areas

- poor management - no scope of learning - no team structure - employees say negative things about each other all the time - no action taken on people being abusive in the calls - it is a place that will feel like a nightmare because it gives you no learning and also has the most negative environment to work in - poor management of deadlines - senseless reviews and requirement goes on in loops - there is no standardisation of working

Dislikes

The management is not considerate about employee’s experience and follows nepotism in promoting and giving rating to employees. The work environment is aggressive and output is expected in very less time. There are no fixed work assignments, product owners are expected to be delivery managers and at the same time expected to create ER diagrams. The roles and responsibilities are not aligned with profiles and the behaviour of old or senior employees is not at all welcoming. They don’t hesitate in putting employees in pip in 4 months of joining. They don’t have vision for future, therefore no job security at all. Join this company at your own risk.
